SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES:
North America : 3-5 business days after 48-72 hour processing time.
Actual delivery time will depends on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.
Please contact info@cleansensecandleco.com seven days of receiving your product to initiate a refund. If seven days have gone by since receiving such item we can not offer the refund. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to reason to our error will not be accepted for return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming we have received your returned item and your approval or rejection for the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
SHIPPING INFO
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the returned shipping will be deducted from your refund
